SF6 Apparatus Contamination and Evacuation Software
This screen shows that if you simply run the SF6 through your purification system twice then you will get SF6 gas that has one-tenth the contamination level as gas that has run through a single purification pass.
Of course this assumes that your purification system remains 90% efficient through both passes.
