Each of these Train & Test Modules has 6 parts:

Part 1 - Sign-In Page for the student to log in with name and date.

Part 2 - Topic Pre-Test to see if the student can pass the test without the topic being presented.

Part 3 - Topic Text is the tab which has your training text printed for the student to read. This is also the place where the student "Acknowledges" that he/she has read the topic.

Part 4 - Topic Test is the final test for the student.

Part 5 - Score Sheet shows the topic, date, student's name, pre-test score, final test score and the fact that the student acknowledged reading the presented topic. 

Part 6 - Administrative Functions that let you create a new train & test module.

The test is 4 questions long with multiple-choice answers (3). You can create the questions and you can create the answers for an entirely different test; type in your new topic text and you have a completely different module. Track each of your students and have this record that they acknowledged receiving this training.

The hardest part of any "Job-Performance-Module" is creating the tests. While you still have the most difficult task (making up your questions and answers) at least your Job-Performance-Modules will always have the same look and feel.

The administrative functions allow you to set the correct answer when you write your three multiple choice answers. From that point on, the grading is done automatically.

The Visual Basic functions of this Excel spreadsheet compare the student's choice to your pre-determined correct answer. Once you create the Train & Test Module your chores are done.
